This cigar is a real springboard for a beginner curious to get initiated, in an easily accessible format, to the authentic taste of the cigar. One needs, however, to take time for savouring, and should not fear to be aggressed as the aromatic approach is very smooth. If the 222 does not have enough character for the connoisseur, it still goes very well with a champagne goblet as an aperitif, without ever hurting the palate.

Here is a typical summery robusto: with its mild, round and silky tastes and aromas, this cigar seduces because it is generous but not aggressive, which makes it easy to savour in daytime or after a light meal. A cigar with no surprise and worthy to gain trust of connoisseurs thanks to its regular manufacturing. A great classic, the 444 is a perfect holiday companion. Be careful, though: to be consumed with moderation.

In selecting Gérard, the 111 is the replica of the Limited Blend After Dinner HHH, but in a completely different blend: If the HHH proves perfect for connoisseur of rich and powerful sensations, the 111 is made to be gentle, proving that a great module can provide frequencies of tastes and flavours very easy to eat and digest. Its first third part, somewhat, evanescent, allows a pleasant take in the mouth. By virtually imposing itself as a daytime cigar, despite not having the size, it presents a sort of shyness which gives confidence to the palate. Its evolution in the second and third parts is in calmness and moderation: it is in the plant and the silkiness which traces its line. One of its major strengths lies in the fact that it will never increase in spices and thus always remains fresh in an easy combustion. It’s almost like a great, fresh drink on a hot day.
