After having been the first to give rise to the half robusto in 2003, the Gerard brand innovates with this cigar with an almost disproportionate format. Indeed, with the size of a robusto, its diameter is single, more important than a double corona or a sublime. This situation will radically change the manner of tasting: less kept in the mouth because of the effort made to tighten a module of this width, it is, on the other hand, perfect to hold in hand. Its easy and regular combustion evokes a rhythm and softness of waves of the Mediterranean on a summer morning; its fatty and round flavours are well emphasized and displays a generous finale. Its appearance is impressive, but does not remain less accessible.

Super Robusto “Break Time” is a creation adapted to 21st Century. With a cepo 60 (when the classic robusto is 50), it has a stoutness which gives it the appearance of a large chocolate bar – which does not always make it easy to hold between one’s lips – but this chubby-cheeked one has more than a trick up its sleeve: it is indeed from this same disadvantage that it derives its assets, because without working ones way through its length, it offers the amateur rich and full of flavour sensations. This great cigar stores its flavours from the first third tier to the divin, the purin not being recommended to all.

Santa Maria Christina offers a distinct richness to great cigars which know when to wait for the right time to present their true power. Its red and brown colours place it in the style where full-body combines with aroma. Its wooded release opens on spicy and long tones in the mouth. This is a great achievement for an after-dinner cigar.
